Returning Damaged Goods or Incorrect Orders

In the event that damaged or incorrect items are received please contact us via our contact page or at before attempting to return any items so we can advise the best way to return the items to us and arrange a replacement or refund.

Returning unwanted goods

In the event that Regen Cue Care at its discretion (unless the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply), agrees to accept the return for credit of unwanted products, the goods must be returned with Regen Cue Care's prior written agreement within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be unopened and in perfect re-saleable condition. If any items are missing or used in the original sale we will deduct the costs from the refund due.
